I started my career at Marketing Concepts in Redding, CA (2009-2019), where I gained a solid foundation in marketing strategy. After a short adventure booking travel, I found my way to ServiceTitan (2021-2022), working directly with HVAC, electrical, and other trade business owners to improve their operations and lead generation.
That experience showed me how much trades businesses need real, effective marketing — not flashy websites that don’t bring results. I saw firsthand how owners struggle to get found online and how overwhelming it can be to figure out SEO, content, and lead generation.
